Welcome to The Catalytic Converter Method™ 3-Day Intensive (“Event”). By registering, attending, or participating in this Event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Event Access
The Event is delivered live via Zoom over 3 days (plus Day 0 bonus).
Access links are provided to the email address used during registration.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and device capable of attending.
2. Intellectual Property
All Event materials, recordings, slides, manuals, and workbooks are the sole property of [Your Company Name].
You are granted personal use only. Copying, distributing, reselling, or sharing content without written permission is prohibited.
3. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, payment details) only for Event registration, communication, and delivery.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your information.
Payment details are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
4. Refund Policy
We are confident in the value of this Event and offer a 2-Day Transformation Guarantee with the following conditions:
1. You must attend Day 1 and Day 2 live and actively participate.
2. Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 12 hours of Day 2’s conclusion.
3. Requests must include verifiable proof of attendance (Zoom logins, poll participation, or replay access).
4. Refunds are not available for:
No-shows
Scheduling conflicts
Failure to engage with provided materials
Personal preference regarding style, delivery, or expectations
5. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days.
5. No Chargebacks Clause
By registering, you agree that all payments are final and governed by the refund policy above.
You waive the right to initiate chargebacks with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback outside these terms will be considered a breach of contract. We reserve the right to dispute such claims and recover funds, including legal fees if necessary.
6. Guarantee
Our 2-Day Transformation Guarantee ensures that if you attend and participate fully in Day 1 and Day 2, and you feel you haven’t received clarity and tools to reclaim wasted time, energy, and resources, you may request a refund within the specified time frame.
Requests made after Day 2 or without proof of attendance will not qualify.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Queen Maker, LLC is not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or external factors beyond our control.
We do not guarantee specific financial or personal outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, application, and circumstances.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States.
9. Acceptance
