  • You must attend Day 1 & Day 2 live.

  • Email your refund request within 12 hours of Day 2’s conclusion to [email protected].

  • Proof of attendance is required (Zoom logins, polls, or replays).

  • Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or personal preference.

No Chargebacks

By registering, you agree all payments are final and governed by this policy. Chargebacks are not permitted and will be disputed.
